Broken heels are a shoe emergencie that should be left to professionals, especially such nice footwear like this Valentino. After the heel broke, the owner had sent them to somewhere else before coming to New BAGinning. Obviously owner wasn’t happy with the results, and that’s why they came to us. Our artisans managed to removed the heels that have been put on before and replace it with another pair which were much closer to the original ones. The client also inquired to change the Valentino heels to black, so we offered to help!
